Garrett Hotel Ghost Tours

Join us for a private paranormal ghost investigation of reported paranormal activity at the historic Garrett Hotel. The tour covers the upper two floors of the hotel. All tours are led by tour guides with psychic abilities to help identify spirit activity on your tour. To further help identify activity, we also incorporate the use of paranormal detection tools such as EMF meters, spirit box, dowsing rods, and other equipment, and tour guests are invited to use the equipment so they get to experience paranormal activity for themselves. Since the paranormal world is unpredictable, we cannot guarantee you will encounter supernatural activity on your tour however, every tour we have conducted so far has experienced some degree of paranormal experiences. We've even had a few past tours that became so intense that some of the guests couldn't even finish! Will you encounter the otherworldly residents during your experience?

This is NOT an actor-filled haunted house, but a REAL paranormal investigation of a REAL haunted location. The tour is designed to be a spooky but not scary, however it is possible that you may encounter activity that could startle you.

Ghost tours are by reservation only, and tickets must be purchased at least one day in advance of your tour. A minimum of two people are required for a tour to be conducted. You may book a single ticket but please be aware that the tour will be cancelled if noone else books for the same tour date/time. We can accommodate a maximum of six people per tour. Children under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. We caution parents to be certain any child under 18 years of age is ready for our ghost tour. No refunds will be given if they decide not to continue the tour. The tour is not wheelchair accessible. There are no working elevators in the building, so guests must be physically able to climb three flights of stairs. In addition, the extended tour requires guests to be able to climb up and down through a hole in the wall.

General Tour - $35

A 60-minute paranormal investigation of the upper two floors of the Garrett Hotel. The tour covers the history and architecture of the hotel, documented stories, and the use of paranormal equipment to conduct an actual paranormal investigation of the building. The tour spends approximately 30 minutes per floor.

If you are a returning guest, we skip the history and spend more time performing the paranormal investigation.

Extended Tour - $45

A 90-minute paranormal investigation of the upper two floors of the Garrett Hotel. The tour covers the history and architecture of the hotel, documented stories, and the use of paranormal equipment to conduct an actual paranormal investigation of the building. The tour spends approximately 30 minutes per floor, including an additional 30 minutes to tour a portion of the second floor which includes a section of the hotel which was previously sealed off to hotel guests.

If you are a returning guest, we skip the history and spend more time performing the paranormal investigation.

2-Hour Extended Tour - $60

A two hour paranormal investigation of the upper two floors of the Garrett Hotel. This is a more extensive investigation of the paranormal activity of the hotel, and is designed for those who wish to spend a longer amount of time exploring and investigating. This tour includes the same sections of the hotel as the extended tour.

3-Hour Extended Tour - $90

A three hour paranormal investigation of the upper two floors of the Garrett Hotel. This is a more extensive investigation of the paranormal activity of the hotel, and is designed for those who wish to spend a longer amount of time exploring and investigating. This tour includes the same sections of the hotel as the extended tour.
