The Hotel is an intense, interactive haunted attraction designed to take
you to the limits of your own fear. There are tight corridors and disturbing
scenes. You will be touched. This attraction is not appropriate for young children.
The attraction is located inside a REAL haunted location - The Garrett Hotel, which
is an historic national landmark with numerous instances of documented paranormal activity.
The Hotel is designed for ages 18 and up. It is NOT recommended for younger children
or anyone faint of heart. Children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by a parent
or guardian. We caution parents to be certain any child under 18 years of age is ready
for our haunt. No refunds will be given if they decide not to go through. The Hotel is
not wheelchair accessible. The passageways are very narrow.
Tickets can be purchased at the door, however purchasing your ticket online in advance
allows you to select a time you wish to visit, which will get you in the door faster
when you get here. Purchasing your ticket online will also guarantee that you will be
able to get in the door (and is highly recommended if you are traveling a long distance
to get here). We do sell out occasionally and tickets cannot be purchased at the door
once we have sold out for the night.

General Admission - $25
Allows one person entry into The Hotel for the date and timeslot purchased.
You will walk through the attraction with a group of up to 6 general
admission ticket holders. You may arrive at any time during the timeslot
for which you purchased your ticket. We cannot guarantee that you will go
through during the selected time slot. If we are busy, you may have to wait
wait in line for some length of time before entering.
Fast Pass - $40
Same as a general admission ticket, but allows you to jump to the front
of the line so you can get in the door with minimal or no wait for entry.
VIP - $60
The VIP ticket is for people who are looking for an extreme haunt experience.
It allows one entry into The Hotel by yourself or with your own group of
up to four VIP ticket holders for a much more intense, personalized, more
interactive, and intimidating haunt experience. This ticket also allows
you to jump to the front of the line with minimal or no wait for entry.
Season Pass - $100
Buy 4 passes and get 1 free! A season pass allows one person five
admissions to The Hotel to any haunt of their choosing during 2023-2024 Season.
You can use this pass to visit each of our five haunts for this season or use it for multiple
visits to one or more of our haunts. Great for anyone
who is planning to visit multiple times with a savings of $25.
Non-transferrable. Pass may only be used by one person.
Ultimate Pass - $250
If you can't get enough of the haunted house experience, then The Hotel Ultimate
Pass is for you! The Ultimate Pass includes the following perks:
- Unlimited access to all haunts throughout the season for one person. That means you can
go through as many times as you like on any day throughout the season.
- VIP access to skip the line.
- 20% off all merchandise items in The Hotel gift shop. Does not include
food or beverages.
- 20% off a single ghost tour ticket.
- One express tarot card reading from one of our gifted oracles.
